In June of 2006 we moved to Texas and purchased a 2-story home in the Bedford area. Much to our dismay, we discovered that the inspector had neglected to tell us the air conditioners were on their last legs. Our son recommended we call Rob Summerlin of A C & Heat Solutions because he had been pleased with work he had done in Dallas. He recommended the immediate replacement of one attic unit and that we replace the other attic unit and both compressors as soon as possible. With the original units, we could hardly stand to sleep upstairs, as the temperature was about 10 degrees higher than the downstairs no matter what we set the thermostat on. By Feb. 2007 they had replaced both attic units and both compressors as well as swaped the duct work around for both units. From that time on, the temperature between the upstairs downstairs has not varied by one degree and we can sleep comfortabley cool. Our electrical bill was 40-50% lower this summer than it was last year. I would recommend Rob and A C & Heat Solutions wholeheartedly to anyone needing air conditioning or heating work done. They are punctual and clean up after themselves and are just nice people to do business with.

When they installed new air conditioning and heating systems in our home in Plano, the crew was courteous and very mindful of our home.  They took extra care to insure that nothing was damaged and cleaned up carefully when the work was completed.

Service after the installation has been exceptional. They took time to answer all our questions and sent a technician (Sean) out a few times as needed to review with us how to operate the new thermostat. This was very helpful. 

Their maintenance program has been terrific.  They have been punctual; they do a great job; and they continue to show respect for our home. One feature of the maintenance program that stands out for us is that they keep up with the schedule and notifies us by phone when it is time for a check up or time to change our filters. We believe that’s unusual in the service industry in today’s marketplace.
